We believe the appetite for thought provoking contemporary art is ravenous all over the world, and our pioneering gallery aims to serve an overlooked niche in the thriving Hawaii art scene.
The project started with the initiative from Allegra Ravizza and Shari Brownfield. Aiming at becoming a cultural pole for promoting global modern & contemporary art to Hawaii, being a place for an exchange of ideas and research with the local territory.
The gallery intends to be a cultural crossroads, a place where artists can be the pioneers of a new world sited between America and Asia.
The gallery’s hosted its opening show by Michelangelo Pistoletto, the first European artist to create a specific project for Hawaii.
Ravizza Brownfield Gallery is pleased to announce its now open exhibit space in the historical Honolulu's Arts District.
